FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

🇬🇧 Where are your products made?

All our creations are handmade and customized in our workshop in France.

📏 How to measure your pet's neck size?

It's very simple: take a flexible tape measure (like a sewing tape measure) and wrap it around your pet's neck, where the collar will naturally rest.

👉 You should be able to slip two fingers between the tape and the neck — this is the right fit for both comfort and safety.

📦 What are the manufacturing lead times?

All our products are handcrafted in our workshop.

Without engraving: ships within 2 to 5 business days.
With engraving: ships within 3 to 10 business days.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in these timeframes.

💦 Are the accessories waterproof?

Yes! Our BioThane, TPU, and Hexa accessories are designed to withstand daily use.

They can be used:

💦 In the rain
🌊 At the sea
🏞️ In rivers or lakes
🐾 In the mud
❄️ In the snow

They are waterproof, easy to clean, and do not retain water.

👉 After swimming in the sea or an outing in the mud, we simply recommend rinsing the accessory with clean water and drying it with a cloth to preserve its appearance and buckles.

🐾 But what is Biothane®?

Biothane is a durable webbing (a very strong material) made from cotton, Kevlar, polyester, and nylon. Unlike leather, it doesn't crack, dry out, and most importantly... it's unbreakable!

The result? A lightweight, flexible, waterproof, easy-to-clean accessory (a quick wash with soapy water is enough), and it doesn't retain odors. All 100% vegan, durable, and approved by snouts and their humans alike 🐶.

🔄 Can I return a personalized product?

No. In accordance with regulations, personalized creations (engraving, first name, custom dimensions, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
