All buckles wear out over time, but those made of zinc alloy (silver, black, rose gold, and rainbow) are more sensitive to moisture, rubbing, and impacts. Wiping dry after contact with water is recommended. Golden brass, on the other hand, naturally resists corrosion and ensures excellent durability.
