All hardware wears over time, but those made of zinc alloy (silver, black, rose gold, and rainbow) are more sensitive to moisture, friction, and impacts. Wiping them dry after contact with water is recommended. Golden brass, on the other hand, is naturally corrosion-resistant and ensures excellent durability.
